Who can come to the lesson?

Questions arise as to whether children, pregnant women, or someone who does not speak English can come to us. We would like to give the experience of yoga with pets to everyone, but we have set certain rules

Children

The most frequent questions we receive are about children's participation in the lesson. YES, children can come to us accompanied by a responsible adult, BUT the minimum age is set to 6 years. Unfortunately, younger children cannot attend lessons.

WHY?

Although we believe that animal-loving children would enjoy the lesson, we are mindful of general safety and a pleasant environment for both children and dogs. After all, children at a tender age are not able to perceive animals in such a way that we can ensure the safety of both parties. The puppies often play with the participants during the lesson, they can engage their teeth during the game or jump awkwardly on a person, and we would not like there to be any kind of injury or crying. Lessons should be a pleasant experience for everyone, and we stand behind that.

Pregnant women

It should be mentioned here that each woman should decide at her own discretion or on the recommendation of a doctor whether the lesson is safe for her and the baby.

We have already had expectant mothers at the lessons and they praised the experience very much, but every woman experiences pregnancy differently and it is necessary to take this into account.

The exercises are not extremely demanding and you can always modify them, or even skip some exercise or position. It often happens that a puppy runs up to you and you are cuddling instead of exercising, so don't be afraid that someone will force you to do something.

In any case, please consult your doctor before the lesson and if he supports you in participating in the lesson, we would be very happy to see expectant mothers at the lesson!

What if I can't speak English?

Due to the great interest of foreigners, the lessons are mostly held in English. If it happens that all participants speak Czech, then it is possible to conduct the lesson in the Czech language.

Even though the lesson is held in English, you can ask the Czech-speaking assistants about the details of the lesson. You can simply take a look at the exercises and don't be afraid to ask anything :)

In the case of private lessons, you can of course choose the language of the lesson yourself.
